Terms of Service
These starter terms describe expected rules for using ExamNudge. They require final legal review before paid launch.
Legal review before launch: this starter language should be reviewed by qualified counsel before it is used for production customers.
Service overview
ExamNudge provides exam-prep tools including diagnostics, adaptive practice, readiness estimates, daily study plans, simulator features where enabled, and Nudge, the AI study coach. ExamNudge is independent unless a page explicitly says otherwise.
Accounts, eligibility, and security
Learners must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use ExamNudge lawfully. Account sharing, automated account farming, credential misuse, and attempts to bypass access controls are prohibited.
Subscriptions, lifetime purchases, and billing
Monthly access is priced per selected exam. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase for one selected exam. ExamNudge does not offer a consumer all-access plan at launch. A purchase for one exam does not unlock another exam.
Stripe processes payments. ExamNudge does not store raw card numbers or card security codes. Billing status, cancellations, refunds, and access changes may be reflected in the learner account.
Cancellations and refunds
Monthly subscriptions may be canceled. Cancel-at-period-end access continues through the paid billing period. Full lifetime refunds revoke the lifetime entitlement for the purchased exam. See the Refund Policy for more detail.
Intellectual property and exam integrity
ExamNudge content, software, workflows, and branding are owned by ExamNudge or its licensors. Users may not copy, scrape, redistribute, sell, or reverse engineer paid content or private platform behavior.
Users may not upload, request, share, sell, reconstruct, or attempt to extract confidential, stolen, recalled, leaked, live, or official exam questions.
AI features and readiness estimates
Nudge may provide AI-assisted explanations and study guidance. AI explanations may occasionally be incomplete or imperfect. Readiness estimates are deterministic study signals based on learner evidence and are not controlled by Nudge.
ExamNudge provides study guidance and readiness estimates. It does not guarantee exam outcomes.
User conduct and prohibited abuse
Users may not misuse the service, attack or disrupt systems, abuse AI endpoints, scrape content, attempt unauthorized access, harass others, or use ExamNudge for unlawful or deceptive activity. The Acceptable Use Policy provides more detail.
Service availability and changes
ExamNudge may change, pause, restrict, or discontinue features, especially during pre-launch and staging periods. Some catalog entries may be visible before any prep pack is available.
Suspension and termination
ExamNudge may suspend or terminate access to protect learners, enforce these terms, address suspected abuse, respond to legal requirements, or prevent platform harm.
Starter disclaimer and limitation language
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law and subject to final legal review, ExamNudge is provided without warranties that it will meet every learner need, be uninterrupted, or guarantee any exam result.
