These starter terms describe the expected rules for using ExamNudge.
Legal review before launch: this starter language should be reviewed by qualified counsel before it is used for production customers.
Use of ExamNudge
ExamNudge provides exam-prep study tools, diagnostic practice, adaptive practice, readiness estimates, study plans, full exam simulator features, and Nudge, the AI study coach. Learners are responsible for using the service lawfully and honestly.
Exam content integrity
Users may not upload, request, share, sell, or attempt to reconstruct confidential, stolen, recalled, leaked, or live exam questions. ExamNudge is intended for legitimate study using original and permitted prep content.
Unofficial exam prep
Unless expressly stated otherwise, ExamNudge is an independent exam-prep product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by exam owners, testing organizations, credentialing bodies, regulators, or trademark owners.
Purchases and access
Monthly and lifetime purchases apply to one selected exam. Purchasing access for one exam does not unlock another exam. A different exam requires a separate purchase.
AI guidance and readiness estimates
ExamNudge provides study guidance and readiness estimates. It does not guarantee exam outcomes. Readiness scores are study signals, not official exam predictions, eligibility decisions, or guaranteed pass probabilities.
Accounts and security
Learners are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under their account. ExamNudge may limit or suspend access to protect the service, enforce these terms, or address suspected misuse.
