Information we collect
ExamNudge may collect account information such as name, email address, authentication details, selected exam, study settings, optional exam date, diagnostic responses, practice history, readiness estimates, AI coach interactions, and support messages.
Payment information is handled by Stripe. ExamNudge does not store raw card numbers, card security codes, or full payment credentials.
How we use information
We use information to provide the ExamNudge service, preserve learner progress, calculate readiness estimates, generate daily study plans, support Ask Nudge AI coach features, process billing through Stripe, prevent abuse, improve product quality, and respond to support requests.
AI coach data
Nudge may use limited learner context, selected exam context, recent mistakes, readiness information, and approved study content to provide explanations and guidance. ExamNudge is designed to avoid sending unnecessary learner data to AI providers.
Sharing and service providers
We may share information with service providers that help operate ExamNudge, including hosting, database, authentication, payment, analytics, email, customer support, security, and AI infrastructure providers. These providers are expected to use the information only to provide services to ExamNudge.
Learner choices
Learners may contact support to request help accessing, correcting, exporting, or deleting account information, subject to legal, security, billing, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping requirements.
No outcome guarantee
ExamNudge provides study guidance and readiness estimates. It does not guarantee exam outcomes.
