These rules protect learners, exam integrity, paid content, and the ExamNudge platform.
Legal review before launch: this starter language should be reviewed by qualified counsel before it is used for production customers.
Account and access rules
Do not share credentials, farm accounts, bypass access controls, or use another person's account. Paid access is tied to the account and selected exam that purchased it.
Content integrity
Do not upload, request, reconstruct, distribute, or attempt to extract leaked, recalled, confidential, live, or official exam questions. Do not try to extract answer keys or redistribute paid ExamNudge content.
Technical abuse
Do not scrape the service, reverse engineer private APIs, abuse AI endpoints, send excessive automated requests, or interfere with service security, availability, or rate limits.
Lawful use
Do not use ExamNudge for malicious, fraudulent, unlawful, harassing, or deceptive activity.
