Refund and Cancellation Policy
This starter policy explains cancellation, access, lifetime purchases, refunds, and learner progress preservation.
Legal review before launch: this starter language should be reviewed by qualified counsel before it is used for production customers.
Monthly subscriptions
Subscriptions can be canceled. When a subscription is canceled at the end of the billing period, paid access continues through the paid billing period and then ends unless the learner renews or purchases access again.
Lifetime purchases
Lifetime access is tied to the purchased exam. A lifetime purchase for one exam does not unlock another exam. If a lifetime purchase is refunded, paid access to that exam is revoked.
Refund handling
Refund eligibility and timing should be reviewed before launch. If a refund is approved and processed, ExamNudge may revoke the associated paid access while preserving account and learner history as described in this policy.
Progress preservation
Learner progress and history are preserved even if paid access ends. If a learner later renews or repurchases eligible access, prior diagnostic, practice, readiness, and study history may remain available according to the product experience and privacy policy.
